The house is located near the Czech city of Karlovy Vary, known throughout the world for its healing underground water springs. A favorite vacation spot for poets and writers: Goethe, Tolstoy and many others.
The house is surrounded by the stunning Bohemian forest - the UNESCO heritage. In this project, both construction and restoration works were carried out, since the main part of the house was built in 1995, but in the future, the customers wanted to modify and expand it by building additional premises. The house was planned as a permanent residence of a family couple, but with the possibility to comfortably accommodate their children and grandchildren, who often come to visit. Customers wanted to get a comfy spacious living space for themselves and their relatives.

To fulfill these tasks, the house was expanded by extra 80 m2 due to building of additional premises to it.
As a result, the house has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, an office, 3 bathrooms, a sauna with a small font with cold water. The whole family can gather in the evenings by the fireplace in the cozy living room.
A swimming pool under the dome was created on the plot and the house is surrounded by a lovely garden with a beautiful landscape design. In the garden and on the terrace one can enjoy a barbecue or a glass of fresh Czech beer. When the weather is good, children can joyfully play in the garden on a fluffy green lawn, as well as in the house which offers a lot of interesting things for little curious researchers.

Customers were very pleased with their new enlarged and very comfortable home.
